1. Services
Andy Electric Tattoos provides professional tattoo services by appointment only at our private studio in Elkview, WV. All services are subject to artist availability and studio policies.
2. Appointments & Deposits
All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is quoted per session by the artist. Deposits are applied toward your session total.
All payments — deposits and session balances — are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment via your client portal. Requests made inside 48 hours will not be honored and your deposit will be forfeited.
You are permitted a maximum of 2 reschedules per booking. After 2 reschedules, your deposit is forfeited, will not be credited toward any future session, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
4. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling your appointment for any reason forfeits your deposit.
No-shows: Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in immediate forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late arrivals: Punctuality is essential. If you arrive late to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Session times cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Please plan to arrive on time or a few minutes early.
4. Health & Safety
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. Clients under 18 require written parental consent and a parent or guardian must be present. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose health condition may pose a risk to themselves or the artist.
A signed consent form is required before any tattoo service is performed. This form covers health history, aftercare acknowledgment, and consent to the procedure.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request on this website, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Andy Electric Tattoos at the phone number provided. Message types include:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Appointment reminders (sent approximately 7 days before your session)
- Deposit receipts and balance notifications
- Post-session thank-you messages
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Payments
All payments must be made online through the Andy Electric Tattoos client portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe. Cash, Cash App, and all other payment methods are not accepted. Full payment is due at the time of your session. Prices are final as quoted — no refunds are issued for completed tattoo services.
7. Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. Andy Electric Tattoos provides aftercare instructions and product recommendations. We are not responsible for healing complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
8. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups for work done by Andy Electric Tattoos are handled on a case-by-case basis. Touch-ups are not guaranteed and are at the artist's discretion. Improper aftercare that results in significant fading or patching may not qualify for a free touch-up.
9. Intellectual Property
All original tattoo designs created by Andy Electric Tattoos remain the intellectual property of the artist. By requesting a custom design, you grant the artist permission to photograph the finished tattoo and use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Andy Electric Tattoos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
