By submitting a booking request or signing up as a client, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Andy Electric Tattoos. These messages include:

- Post-session thank-you messages
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.

Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

- Twilio — to deliver SMS messages on our behalf
- Stripe — to process payments
- Supabase — our secure database provider for client portal data
- Netlify — our website hosting provider

We retain your information for as long as your client account is active or as needed to provide services. Consent forms are retained as required by applicable health and business record laws. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
